Initial Comments:An off-site follow-up survey conducted on May 8, 2023, found that Spiritrust Lutheran Home Care &; Hospice, had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484.22, Subpart B, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies per full implementation of the plan of corrections. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a re-certification survey completed on January 13, 2023.
